2010 Colorific Trading Terms

  1. All orders over $300 are FIS (Free Into Store)
  2. Orders under $100 will incur an additional $25 handling fee. Orders between $100 and $300 will incur an additional $15 handling fee
  3. However, if you are ordering Sandylion items ONLY, all orders over $200 are FIS (Free Into Store). Orders under $200 will incur an additional $10 handling fee
  4. First order to be proforma invoice, payment prior to despatch with a settlement discount of 1.5% (excluding credit card payments). Out of stock items will not be placed on backorder for proforma orders
  5. Goods remain the property of Colorific Australia until paid for.
    • 5.1 If the goods are incorporated in other goods the ownership of the combined goods shall, as far as the law allows, pass to the vendor
    • 5.2 The purchaser irrevocably grants the vendor the right to enter on to any premises occupied by the purchaser to search for the goods supplied, or goods in which the vendor has ownership, without being liable to the purchaser or any person claim
  6. Settlement terms are strictly 1.5% 7 days or net monthly, excluding credit card payments. We regret we are unable to supply accounts that are not current
  7. Credit claims must be made in writing within seven (7) working days from the date goods are received
    • 7.1 A query or credit claim on part of the account is insufficient reason for non payment of the whole account. Except for retention of the amount in question, the balance should be paid by the due date
  8. All returns require prior authority
