Request new Login
The Fun n Fashion Catalogue is available to view without a login Username and Password. However, only registered customers have access to the full price list and online ordering system. If you are not a retailer but would like to purchase items shown in the catalogue, please contact your nearest retailer.
If you are a retailer and would like to stock our catalogue please call 1800 066 460 to speak to our customer service or (click here). If you are an existing customer and would like to establish access to the online ordering system please also call our customer service staff.
Forgotten Login and Password
Login to the Fun n Fashion Corporate catalogue requires a User ID and Password. If you have forgotten your login details you can recover them by either contacting our customer service staff or by using the login/password recovery tool to generate a new password which will be emailed to your registered email address.
How do I become a Retailer?
Our sales team are always interested in expanding the range of retail outlets in Australia and New Zealand for the catalogue of Fun n Fashion and Sandylion products. If you would like to become a stockist of our products, please call our customer service staff to discuss your application, or complete the online application.

How do I pay for my order?
The first order for all new accounts requires pre-payment before the goods are dispatched. A Proforma Invoice will be raised and may be paid by cleared cheque, direct bank Deposit, Debit or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard).
A settlement discount of 5.0% applies for all pre-payments and all payments received within (7) days of receipt of goods.
Subsequent orders will not be dispatched if any invoice is overdue – see Trading Terms and Conditions of Sale above.
What is the normal delivery method?
Fun n Fashion selects one or more of the top delivery companies to deliver your order. Prices are free into store for all invoice values of $200+GST to all Australian locations.

How long does it take to fulfil an order?
Most orders are delivered to capital city locations within 3-5 working days after receipt of order and credit or payment method approved.
